The fiat money is the de facto standard of current monetary system. The fiat money has become multifarious to the point that it becomes “too big to fail” for the governments. As a result, more cheap money is created at the cost of skyrocketing debt for nations.

Without fixing the fundamental problem today governments from both industrialized and developing world spend billions of dollars in subsidies and government run programs to improve economy. Instead of focusing on building healthy economy from bottom-up, these government programs are merely a nice wound dressing that completely ignores the underlying cause of sickness.

SmBEx is implemented locally through  NGO(Non-Governmental) and MFI(Micro Financing Institution) partners on the ground to build a local economy bottom-up.

SMBEx hopes to address the perils of macro economic solutions starting on a local level. Through its success SMBEx hopes to be a role model for local governments and economic programs through a community-based economic solution. SMBEx rebuilds a local economy one community at a time.
